Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Oraré platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), a digital tool for managing donations and communication for Catholic parishes.

2. Conditions of Use

By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for Catholic parishes and their parishioners.

3. Services Offered

• Processing of digital donations (one-time and recurring) via Stripe.
• Generation of tax certificates under Article 24 of Law 49/2002.
• Parish communication tools (announcements, events, songs, schedules).
• Admin panel for parish management.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is free for parishes: there is no monthly fee or setup cost, and no minimum commitment. Card payments are subject to Stripe’s processing fees (5% + €0.05 on donations under €5; 1.5% + €0.25 on donations of €5 or more), which are deducted from each donation.

5. Payments and Donations

All payments are processed through Stripe. Oraré does not store credit card data or sensitive financial information. Donations are transferred directly to the parish bank account configured in Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the Service belong to Oraré. Content uploaded by parishes (texts, images) remains the property of the respective parish.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oraré is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. We commit to a reasonable level of availability and to notifying scheduled interruptions in advance.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
